Application Conditions
  • Minimum stay of 3 months required.
  • Not available to current residents of our share houses.
  • Not available to customers who have already made a reservation.
Rent Payment Example

For a room with the following fees, starting from September 16:

Rent: ¥45,000 (daily rate)
Maintenance fee: ¥16,500 (daily rate)

Administrative fee: ¥0
Total: ¥8,250 (Payment must be made within 3 days of reservation)
October
Rent: ¥23,230 (16 days / Oct 16–Oct 31)
Maintenance fee: ¥16,500
Total: ¥39,730 (Payment must be made within 3 days of reservation)

Important Notes ① The campaign covers only the administrative fee (¥30,000) and one month’s rent. Maintenance fee (¥16,500) must be paid.

② If you move out within 3 months from the move-in date, the campaign will be retroactively canceled. In this case, you must pay the administrative fee (¥30,000) and the waived one month’s rent. Additionally, for move-outs within 3 months, a cancellation handling fee of ¥16,500 plus one month’s rent and maintenance fee will be charged as a penalty.
