Example for the payments:	-Contract from October 15, 2022 -House rent fee: 60,000 JPY (Including 15,000 Common service fee) Payment for OCTOBER: House rent / Common service fee : LIBRE System usage fee : LIBRE Security deposit, Key money, Guarantee Registration fee : 30,000 JPY (Payment will be within 3 days of the reservation day) Payment for NOVEMBER: House rent / Common service fee : 60,000 JPY (20th, previous month → until 10/20) System usage fee : 1,100 JPY with tax (20th, previous month → until 10/20) Payment for DECEMBER: House rent / Common service fee : 60,000 JPY (20th, previous month → until 11/20) System usage fee : 1,100 JPY with tax (20th, previous month → until 11/20)
Please note	①Ang [ Unang buwan ay LIBRE! ] campaign ay para lamang sa mag contract nang more than 3 months. Therefore kung mag cancel nang contract within 3 months, there will be a cahrge for the first month rent. ②Isang taon ang valid contract. ③Cancellation fee 15,000 JPY (excluding tax) will be charge when the contract is finished. To contract again after 1 year, Contract renewal fee 10,000 JPY (excluding tax) will be charge. ④If theres a cancellation within 3 months from the contract starting date, in addition to the cancellation fee of 15,000 yen (excluding tax), you will be required to pay one month's rent and common service fee as a penalty when you move out.
