It takes about an hour to make the contract, receive the key, and learn the house rules.

You must come to our Nippori office to return the key. Our office hours are from 10am to 7pm, and we are open on weekends and holidays. If you do not return the key, you will be charged the daily rent until the day the key is returned. If you lose the key, we will charge the replacement fee.
It only costs the daily rent of the first month. However, if the move-in date is on or after the 10th of the month, the first payment will include the daily rent of the first month and the full rent of the second month.

No. You do not need to decide your move-out date at the time of reservation. You can move out 1 month after notifying us about your cancellation.

If your stay is under 3 months, you will be charged a cleaning fee of 20,000 yen + tax.
Bank transfer only. However, if you live overseas, you can pay your initial rent by credit card.
The next month’s rent is due on the 20th of each month. If the bank is closed on the 20th, then you must pay by the last business day before.

Yes. 90% of our tenants reserve our rooms without a house tour.
It’s possible to keep a room for three days as a tentative reservation. The room is officially reserved once we confirm your first payment during this period.
Most of the rooms are 7.24㎡. We have some bigger rooms for couples. Please contact us for more information.
For most of rooms, beddings are provided including the mattress, sheets, pillow and blankets.
Smoking is prohibited in all share houses. If you smoke in a sharehouse, we will have you move out right away.
You can invite your family or friends to your room, but they must leave the house within the day.
Men cannot enter the sharehouse. However, please note that male staff members in charge of cleaning or repairing may enter the sharehouse.
Family and friends can visit but cannot stay overnight. If we find that your visitors are staying overnight, we will have you move out right away.
Our staff cleans the common areas such as the toilets and shower rooms once a week. However, we ask each of our tenants to keep the houses clean at all times.
