Please note	①If your contact is terminated during the rent-free period and within three months after the campaign period ends, you will be required to pay the rent and common service fee, which was initially free during the 1st Month Rent-Free Campaign. ②The contract will be operated based on 1-year fixed-term lease. You will be notified between one year and six months before the fixed-term lease contract expires. ③When renewing a contract, an additional fee (fixed-term building lease agreement) of 10,000 yen (excluding tax) will be charged. Also, when you move out, you will be required to pay 15,000 yen (excluding tax) as a cancellation fee. ④If your contact is terminated within three months after the date you moved-in, in addition to the cancellation fee 15,000 yen (③), you will pay one month rent and a one month common service fee as a penalty when you move out.
